Supporting World Mental Health Day 2018
We are proud to support World Mental Health Day 2018. Life isn’t always easy and we all have a collective responsibility to support those who aren’t having such an easy time and whose mental health is suffering as a consequence. Being an ostrich is simply not helpful to anyone.
We’re not going to pretend to fix the problems, or provide solutions for issues that are out of our control, but we can do our very best to support any individual who is experiencing issues with mental health.
Thankfully, we are all taking the first steps in recognising the causes and challenges of mental health problems. There is lots of help out there.
As a small gesture, we have made a donation to Bristol based charity, OTR http://www.otrbristol.org.uk/ who are working with young people in the Bristol area.
Go well.
